We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will reschedule or cancel without penalty when possible.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remainder of your scheduled service; if we cannot provide the full service because of your late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged accordingly.
