Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to change your booking, please call or use our online booking system as soon as you know and at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining time, but your session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. If your session is shortened, the full service price still applies unless we agree otherwise.
If you have an emergency, please contact us and we will work with you.
