Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel after the 24-hour window or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if service time is reduced or must be rescheduled because of lateness, the same late-cancellation/no-show policy may apply. We will always communicate clearly about options and any charges before processing them.
