Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This gives us time to offer the appointment to someone else and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. If the service must be shortened or rescheduled because of late arrival, this may be treated the same as a late cancellation.
