Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our team on schedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, if you do not show up, or if you arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will always consider circumstances and communicate any potential fee before charging.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
