When you book an appointment, we set aside dedicated time just for you, preparing everything needed to make your experience amazing. If you don’t show up or cancel last minute, that time goes unused, which impacts our schedule and limits the availability for other clients who could have booked that slot. To account for this, a no-show fee is applied if an appointment is missed without enough notice. Note: This fee is different from the deposit you pay to hold your spot, which goes toward the cost of your service.
