Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, miss your appointment, or arrive significantly late, we may charge a fee to cover the time reserved for you. We will always tell you about any fee at the time of booking and again if a late cancellation or no-show happens.
If an emergency prevents you from giving notice, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
