Adree Thompson Massage

One essential oil diffusing during your massage is free of charge, but if you would like to add custom blends and singles to your massage both aromatically and/or topically for added benefits like muscle recovery, lymph flow, improved circulation, emotional stability and more- then this massage is for you!

Every body is unique; so I will always customize each massage for everybody.

Extended time as some bodies need extra TLC. I get that and will customize the added time to your liking and needs.

For those who want to get work done, feel sore and get results!

Congratulations! Come relax with me while I help alleviate all those discomforts while your little one grows. I have been there and I remember the need for a good massage. I would be honored to assist you in your motherhood journey.

Add on some extra foot massage at the end of your service. Not only does reflexology feel amazing, but it has effects on the rest of the body and mind as it’s roots are thousands of years old in Eastern Medicine.

From sitting and typing to sleeping and snoring to running and everything in between. I will teach you the skills to recognize and reset your own movements that are the root cause of your pain and sleeping inhibitors. Stop holding your stress in your muscles. Let your bones bear the weight. It is, after all, their job.
