Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you contact us before that window, we will happily move your booking without penalty and help find a new time that works for you.
If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show up, we may be charged a fee. We will contact you about any fee and the reason; repeat late cancellations or no-shows could affect future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to give you the remaining time of your appointment, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other guests.
