24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the time to another client. If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive substantially late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking if a fee applies to your appointment type.
We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please call us as soon as you can. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment or booking restrictions.
