24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service, but we may need to shorten or reschedule it to avoid affecting other guests. If a late cancellation or no-show occurs repeatedly, we may require a prepayment or card on file for future bookings. We appreciate your respect for our team’s time and other booked clients.
