Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. For arrivals more than a short grace period late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guests are not delayed. If you cancel or do not show with less than 24 hours notice, or if you arrive extremely late, we may charge a fee to cover lost time.
If you need to change plans, call or message us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
