If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the time available; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation/no-show fee may apply.
We will always explain any fee before charging and work with you when there are unavoidable emergencies.
