We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll gladly help you find a new time without penalty.
If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive very late, or don’t show, you may be charged a fee. We understand life happens, so if there’s an emergency please call us and we’ll work with you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can lead to advance payment or a deposit requirement for future bookings. Contact us as soon as you know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
