Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will happily move or cancel your booking without penalty.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know any applicable charge at the time and add it to your account or card on file. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments and could require prepayment or a deposit.
