Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you notify us in time, we will happily reschedule without penalty.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals that prevent the appointment from being completed may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will try to provide the remaining time, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other guests. Any fee for a late cancellation or no-show may be charged to the card on file or required before your next booking.
